This is the whole agreement, written to be read. Buying Heirloom means you agree to it.

your license

One purchase, one person, forever. Your key is yours permanently. It never expires, it works with every future update of Heirloom, and it isn't tied to a machine. Install it on any computer you personally use: studio, laptop, the one at your parents' house. We don't count.

what you can make

Anything. Music you make with Heirloom is yours: commercial releases, film scores, beats you sell, all of it. No credit required (though we love hearing it out in the world).

refunds

If Heirloom isn't for you, write to us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund it. We won't ask you to prove anything. (Keys are permanent and can't be revoked, so refunding relies on the same honor system as everything else here. Be decent.)

the instrument itself

Heirloom is sold as it is. The Relic effect is destructive by design. It permanently changes the loaded sounds and does not have an undo. That's the point. Save your project first; the plugin warns you every time.

the boring but honest part

We test carefully, but software is software: Heirloom is provided without warranty of any kind, and Keepsake isn't liable for damages beyond what you paid for it. If some of this document turns out to be unenforceable where you live, the rest of it still stands.
